Progress Continues at Georgetown Speedway, March 14th Practice Cancelled
Progress continues at the facility as we prepare for the 2026 racing season, and while the brutal winter we’ve experienced has slowed things down at times, our crews have been working hard whenever the weather allows. The good news — we are still on pace to be ready for our season opening race weekend on March 27th & 28th!
With that said, the Test & Tune originally scheduled for March 14th has been cancelled. This will allow our crews the additional time needed to complete several winter upgrades that were delayed due to the weather.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we promise it will be worth the wait. We can’t wait for everyone to see the improvements when the gates open for Test & Tune on March 27th, followed by the Millman Napa Auto Parts Delaware Diamond 50 on March 28th where the Super DIRTcar Series Modifieds will invade the First State with $7,500 on the line, bringing the beasts of the Northeast to battle it out at Georgetown Speedway.
Mark your calendars — race season is almost here, and we’re ready to kick things off in a big way!
