RACING RETURNS TO GEORGETOWN SPEEDWAY THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!

The roar of race engines returns Friday night to Delawares historic Georgetown Speedway. Big-block/small-block Modifieds race 25 laps for $2,000 to win. The victor earns a guaranteed redraw position in the Blast at the Beach Short Track Super Series Fueled By VP event in late August.

United Racing Club (URC) 360 Sprint Cars visit for the second time in 2016 with a 25-lap feature.

Adult grandstand admission is $18. Seniors (ages 65 and up) and Students (ages 13-17) pay $14. Kids 9-12 pay $10 and Children eight and under are FREE. Pit admission is $30, with no license required.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m. Grandstand gates will be unlocked at 5 p.m. Track run-in begins at 6:20 p.m. Racing gets underway at 7:15 p.m.

Also on the card are Crate 602 Sportsman racing for $600 to win and $100 to start, Southern Delaware Vintage Stock Cars, Delmarva Chargers and Delaware Super Trucks.
