GEORGETOWN, DE €“ The wait is nearly over.

Thrilling stock car racing returns to Georgetown Speedway next Friday, July 22 with a huge event headlined by the big-block/small-block Modifieds and United Racing Club (URC) 360 Sprint Cars.

For the first time since late-March, Modifieds will hit the historic half-mile track in a 25-lap main event offering $2,000 to the winner. Also on the card: Southern Delaware Vintage Stock Cars (15-lap feature), Delmarva Chargers (heats and 12-lap feature) and Delaware Super Trucks (heats and 12-lap feature).
