  • I used to live 1/2 mile south of the Georgetown Speedway on Bethesda Road (1975-1980; 1974 lived in Millsboro). Back then the road was just call rr 326.
I moved to New England but always thought Delmarva was the best place I lived. 1 1/2 years ago I moved back here. I have been to every race @ Georgetown since then. I am close to the Delaware border in Maryland….about 1 1/2 hr drive…all perfectly paved back roads. I had been to a Gobbler race at Accord a few years ago. Glad to see it here. This aft/tonight the track looked in great shape. One of the drivers said there were many lines one could use. I really like the show since you run many classes. I cut my teeth on modifieds at Reading and Bridgeport in the early 70s. Tonight the Delmarva Chargers put on a great show. All the classes are great. Again hats off to Fat Daddy’s. What great weather. It was 70°, a few degrees warmer than expected. Great job.
I also liked the fact you posted the results quickly.

God willing I will be back for the 1st race in March 2021.
